Katrina Kaif - The face of Vijay Mallya’s IPL team

With SRK and Preity Zinta adding the glamour quotient to their IPL teams with every passing day, Vijay Mallya’s Bangalore team could not be left behind. Bollywood’s glam doll, Katrina Kaif, has been signed not only for the team’s promotional video, but also to perform at the opening ceremony of IPL along with Zayed Khan.
Katrina will sizzle in the music video to be directed by Sanjay Gupta along with Mallya’s team members Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, Zaheer Khan and other cricketers.
“Let me clarify that Katrina is the face of Vijay Mallya’s cricket team but not a brand ambassador to his Royal Challenge products,” said a source close to the actress.
With the unusual and fresh combo of Zayed and Katrina (both excellent dancers), the interest factor is sure soaring high for Mallya’s team.
