Asin to play Aishwaryas Role in Savitri for Director Teja’s

Asin earlier made news when she was approached by Gautham Menon to join the cast of his project Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikkalam but there has been no response from her side till date. Now we came to know that Asin is eyeing to make a comeback in Tollywood opposite super hero Victory Venkatesh.

If things go well Asin will be the Savitri for director Teja’s movie of the same name. It will be a second time that Asin stars opposite Venkatesh in Savitri after their last venture Gharshana. Well earlier even Nayantara and Trisha had been considered for the role but now the team has finally zeroed in on Asin.

Savitri is said to be loosely based on the Hrithik Roshan-Aishwarya Rai movie Guzaarish which saw a quadriplegic Hrithik(played by Venkatesh) being helped by an elegant and dutiful nurse Aishwarya (to be played by Asin).
